    loopy stuff

shite you use that filtered clap a lot, it's getting a lil cheesy

I like the melody and harmonies but it sounds like all the good stuff is hiding in the end of the song where it just stops- I'm telling the start is a lil long

    wow this is cool

I love the buildup you put here. Sounds eerie and atmospheric as fuck. The voices are frigging scary, they're so realistic I had to take off my headphenes to check if it was even real. Very nice automating on the voume and pan, which makes it surronding and there more scary

This is a frigging awesome scary tune. I love it so much. Awesome work :D:D:D:D

    newb

you should know you can't upload more than 2 songs a day

the crystallic pad sounds good, that's the only thing I remarked here. But the track is far too messy, the drums, bass and main synth melody blends into each other way to badly, and I could barely hear much through the incredibly high volumed drums and sharp synths

The track would be so much better if you had the mix a lil better

I liked the part where you got the bell into there, it's not as messy as then but still loud as fuck

    Loops pretty well

you need to mix it better and this can be an awesome tune

    Rawrthaas responds:

Okay, tbh, I think song is pure shit. I hardly put any effort to it, and it was done over the course of like 2 months just slowly adding stuff carelessly when I was bored. I didn't really like the project but, meh, something to put up here.

    hey

    a tower isn't high it's tall.

but the title seem to fit, cause it rises by itself without need for buildup

the first synth is cool, you seem to have a square pad and an arpeggio pad going, it sounds cool and makes the track seem "whole"

nothing to comment on drums, there's really no need for more diversity at all

not so sure about the monophonic synth that comes, it sounds a lil sharp and weird- the pad in this song is pretty cool. a lil midi-ish cause of no release but w/e

    good stuff

    rotcodnatas responds:

I dont know about a 10 for effort but w/e, thanks for a good review

    wait

I have a song named that- and I was first >:(

It's not the most melodic piece I've heard really, but you're right it's melodic. there's some more rhytmic effects in the melody when it goes on later, with the midi delay and so

the drums are okay, but seriously repetitive and doesn't seem to hold enough. Needs either more velocity or more volume.

    This is kool

    DjHyperCouch responds:

Didn't mean to steal a title, I just name my songs after I'm finished making them, I don't really check on newgrounds if somebody else made a song with the same. I wasn't going for that much of a melodic piece as I was 80's dance style. I might remaster this with lyrics added too. Glad you like my song, I'll check out your "traveling".

    luls

I like the wah wah guitar you have in here..., but it gets a little too disorted and crushed after a while.

the drums sound good, but a lil badly filtered- I like the change int oa more silent piano part- a little harsh but really fascinating

    pretty good stuff man

    MeteorSuit responds:

    Hah, thanks man.

    sorry

but you could need something more than the Rawaii Riffer or w/e preset playing random notes. I suggest having SOME kind of drums, and you to fix up the rhytm in it. More synths or whatever would do fine too

    AIDSMcGuff responds:

I was just pissing around in garageband at school and I was running out of time.

    haven't I heard this before

I think at least I've heard it before. I don't know what.

Good sine in here, it's a little low but makes the track seem more digital and fnfnahff

The lead you used was good too, sounds pretty hard and growling. The drums are awesome, energic and ongoing. Hats, a little unsure about that. I was expecting some kind of breakout where all the hell broke loose but I guess there wasn't enough space for that D:

    Envy responds:

Well it was supposed to be a really slowed down tempo song, but I'm no good at those so I had to speed it up with something, so I threw a bunch of hats in there. I tried a completely different style than ALL of my other songs in this one.
Glad you enjoyed it (I think) ^.^

    baanggg

the bass sounds strangling and maffwy. Personally I don't know about this track, it's a little weird for my taste. The pitching in the bass is cool. I like the drum patterns here which are all fitting the track perfectly. Good work I guess

    percussive bass

the bass sounds pretty percussive, I was about to think it was a kick. the little square hit sounds a lil cheesy, maybe a sine hit would be better for it.

Wow the bass in this is windy and sharp as fuck. I loved the other lead you had later in this track... which I think of more s a song than a loop. Orchestra sounds great too.

Drums are excellent, nothing to comment there

    welcome to bluegrounds :))
