That breathy voice needs some mastering or eq-ing... maybe de-essing would do the best. That beat sounds really sliced up... but it's not important. Bass is okay... organ synth has a really cheesy melody but the sound of it's alright. The whole sound of it is very plain, raw... spread some reverb around or fatten the synths, cause it still sounds really empty. Needs some shapin' up imo
Arrr
Niiiice stuff. That gated reese thing wasn't really of my liking, sounded really digital and stuff- well I'm just a "analog warmth" ftw guy so don't mind me. The reese is some awesome on-crack synthage though, absolutely of my liking. Cool detuned bass too, but it doesn't appear enuffr >:( Yay jungle beats.
Btw, still only using garageband? This's amazing shit if you did it with only that. Well if ya didn't... then it's still amazing ^^
Awesome work my good sire
lol. Ar, thanks for the review :D Yep, I'm still using just garage band and I pride myself on not using any samples. Good luck with your comp songs!
arr
been listening to this while doing other stuff for a while, the thing that made it sorta annoying was the massive aliasing of certain synths- make it sound bit whistly and annoying. Nevermind that, it's not important. Them drums are cool, watch out for the kick though, it's hardly audible when the bass is on. A lot of cool trance synths you've got, my suggestion is to lower the general amount of reverb, which makes some stuff infere with each other
Anyways lovable tune, feel freez to review me back
coooooool
Them sound effects you added to it sound mighty awesome my good sire. Some good use of synth too- cool new sax melodies. Ya got a very special, very interesting too, style. Good stuff
cheers bro,
much appreciated
;ped
omg
one of the most relaxing songs I've ever heard on ng yo
ain't got nothin' more to add than that
journey through a black hole huh
WELL I'M SURE THAT BLACK HOLE IS AN ASSHOLE LOL LOL LOL LOL!!!!111
Well anywayse. Reesey sounds good, nothin' much to comment there, though ya could tweak it a bit more for that awesomeness sound rite. Drums don't really sound dnb, well that's a pretty variated pattern but it's still just one loop repeeeeeetd. Cool synthage later onz too. Voicez add to that dramatic feeling
cool
whoa
LETS ALL INTRODUCE THE LISTENER TO THE MASSIVE REVERBED SQUARE LEAD WITH THE LOUDEST DRUMS MAN HAS KNOWN ABOUT
YEAH
YEAH
No really, that "intro" was incredibly fast- MOST people start from silence to whatever they're listening to, so if anyone's got it at a high level... well, ouch ;)
This song is cool though, but I feel you could like, start mixing up the feeling a little when it moves on, it's pretty much the same thing with a few variations through the song--- and that square lead sounds like an alarm, so it's gettin' stressed up as hell
cool
very generic sound of it, I like, can see it from a mile away. But it's a very interesting remix indeed. Some great drummage here, that reverse reverbed clappy is actually of my liking. The strings sound very raw and cheesy- you might want to get some better sounding strings or eventually shape em up with some reverb and chorus and whatnot
cool stuff, could use improvments
well k
Felt that marching rhytm was kinda weird, sort of out of sync, i dunno? But it doesn't sound prefectly right. Some interesting synths and drones here
ugh
when that clav thing came in I sorta shaked my head- that melody is... horrible :(
well I thought it was a bit busy and overwhelming for an ambient song- and it's really not a dnb song either- but it was an interesting piece of music I'll tell ya that
Why Thank yah sir! its was some experimental cadences i was working on.
i thought they fit my style.
